Target is no longer a viable retailer option for me. 6 weeks ago I stood in front of an employee waiting to buy batteries in the electronics dept while patiently waiting while they helped someone on the phone who ironically wasn’t trying to buy anything. It took me 40 minutes to buy batteries at Target.
Recently I tried calling to see if a product I wanted was in stock. The website said it was. No one ever answered the phone to confirm. I purchased the item online for in store pick up to find out 2 hours they didn’t have it. I switched pick up to Blaine. That took 3 hours to confirm. I’m not spending another penny on a company that can’t be bothered to pick up a phone and talk to people that want to spend money with them.
Yeah. I’m done. I don’t care if they’re a local company.
Cleanly and organized. Grocery was fairly understocked, and the Tyson brand skinless chicken I bought was fraudulently weighed down with tendons and fat hidden underneath a few choice cuts. The cashier seemed to have a very difficult time ringing and bagging. Dropping several items on the floor of the customers in front of me, and double charging me for items when I checked my receipt when I got home. For now I'd simply avoid this location.
Ah yes, Target. Basically a Walmart, but cleaner and more expensive. Employees tend to vlbw more help there. The clientele seems more out together. There's even a liquor store. It's a cool place. They sell coffee at most of these. Typically only look at the clearance racks when I visit. Not much of a Target shopper myself, but you know, sometimes you can find a nice deal.
Fairly well stocked grocery store but will be occasionally out of staple items. Cashiers do not scan items properly and the employees working the return counter do not have a clue how to do their job. This location is quickly turning into a Wal Mart just nicer looking.
I'm disappointed in the Champlin Target. They are out of stock on so many items quite often. The lines to checkout have also been really long. After shopping at other Super Targets in the metro area, the Champlin Target is not my favorite location. Other Targets have a better selection of products.
Target is efficient. The guest services are always ready to help. They are ready and prepared at all times to make your shopping experience fun.
We had a terrific cashier today. Thanks Sophiya. It was her first day and she handled a tricky situation at the register with kindness, humor and grace. Way to stay calm and focus on customer satisfaction! Nice job Target.
Always have what i want but this time my favorite pretzels were non existent. Maybe just out but otherwise a pleasant experience as usual
